Rinse off at the outdoor shower after a game and then take a dip in the sparkling pool or spa. Walk the neighborhood to view other mid-century homes. Retreat inside to the spacious primary suite and bath to get ready to entertain with flare as you barbecue at your full outdoor kitchen and relax around the fire pit under the stars. Unwind on the sofa with a glass of vino, watch a movie on the flatscreen TV, or enjoy the indoor fireplace while snuggling up with your favorite novel. The main bedroom faces south-west for sun and views of the San Jacinto mountains. The two additional bedrooms even have a place to kick back with their own patio just outside their doors.

Home Truths
With room for 6 overnight guests (8 if 2 are under 12) and 10 daytime guests, it's sure to be a good time with tons of memories to be had by all.
For $80/day the pool will be heated up to 86º from 7A-7P and Spa heating will be available. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.

- Guests must sign Rental Agreement and agree to abide by Palm Springs "Good Neighbor" policy.

- Per Palm Spring rules 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-8am

- Renter must be 25+
- Sorry, not pet friendly; Unfortunately, the owners are alergic to animals, so the property has a strict "no pets" policy.
- Absolutely No Parties
PLEASE NOTE: All legitimate, licensed vacation rentals in Palm Springs follow city-wide vacation rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, the collection of separate bed taxes, no outdoor music permitted, minimum age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter. This adds an extra step to the booking process, but we believe you will find our beautiful Palm Springs property is worth the extra effort. Although we don't make these laws, we do follow them, so thank you for your understanding in advance.
